All IPTV subscriptions sold on iptvph.store are digital products. Once your account is activated and service is delivered, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after activation

  • Incompatibility with your device (please check compatibility before purchase)

  • User misconfiguration or network/internet issues not related to our service

  • Channel changes or updates from the source provider


2. Free Trial Available

We offer a free trial to allow users to test the service quality and compatibility before subscribing. Please take advantage of this offer to ensure IPTVPH meets your expectations.


3. Exceptions – Refunds Before Activation

A refund may be issued only if:

  • You cancel your order before your subscription or account is activated

  • You were charged but did not receive your IPTV login credentials within 24 hours and no support resolution was provided

4. Service Guarantee

5. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

Initiating a false chargeback after service delivery is considered fraud. We will take legal action and permanently block access to our services for users who abuse the payment system.
